I would like to thank Ceara and Laz very much for giving me a dA subscription! I am very grateful to the pair of them for doing this for me. It has made my searching for stock pictures and everything much easier.

I will

a) tell you how I know you and a thing or two about whatever you have in your gallery
b) associate you with something - fandom, a song, a colour, a photo, etc.,
c) tell you something I like about you,
d) tell you a memory I have of you,
e) ask something I've always wanted to know about you,
f) tell you my favorite pic of yours,
g) in return, you must post this in your journal.


++NOTE++
If you DON'T inform me about how my stock is used you re violating my TOS! I am getting a bit annoyed to see people faving the stock, then putting up their art. How long does it take to note/comment? ..... yes, not too long.



STOCK RULES
- You may use my stock without permission first. So long as my rules are obeyed! The only reason you would need to contact me is if you don't wish to list credit. (I would prefer if you sent me a note for that though)

- You may use my stock for personal websites, sim games (auto and non-auto. This includes Horseland, Ludus Equinus etc), layouts and rpgs (role-playing games).

- You are allowed to use my stock on sim games where you earn GAME MONEY (fake, pretend). It would be nice if you linked me on your game page or made me a thank you image.

- You either 1) Upload the finished product onto dA and inform me that you have used it. OR 2) Email it to me at when_the_sword@hotmail.com. For this there is no excuse. I MUST be informed of the following. That you are using my stock, where, who, how and so forth.

- I also have the right to decline where my stock may be used.

- I reserve the right to upload your artwork onto dA. (Don't worry, I shall give you the credits for the manipulation of the image)

- I ask for written credit on the image. Hwoever, I am willing to waive this if you CONTACT me PRIOR to using the image. If credit has been waived for whatever reason. I want to be credited on the page with a link. If you don't do this you are in breach.

- If you wish to use my stock for commercial (make money, profit) purposes you MUST contact me and ask permission first. Then we will see how we go from there.

- No using my stock for pornographic ways. Show respect to the stock models and do not make snide comments about them.
